Dear All,
I'm trying to put together a survey addressed to all employees that join my company in the last 6 months to get feedback on how well the company has integrated new hires into the business and what kind of support they need from HR (training, coaching, refresher session, etc...) moving forward.
Does anyone out there has a survey sample about the topic I menitoned above?

We have addressed this issue by having a learning review with new starters which does ask for the sort of info you require. The basis is a structured questionnaire which they complete before a 1:1 meeting with us. Happy to mail you the document if you wish
