Percentage of payroll
If you want something that the beancounters can cope with use a percentage of payroll. There are industry standards figures depending on your industry sector and the average qualification level of your staff. This gives you a headline and you prioritise down from there. I’ve put together countless training budgets and am happy to give more advice (07931371943)
