I was chatting a guy from work and he mentioned something about a new EU directive that needs to be adhered to when there is a fairly major change in the workplace.
I am about to look into re-structuring a Logistics operations centre and don't want to break any EU laws!!
If it helps the directive is one that has been in place over Europe for a few years now.
