Tracking one’s own behaviour change might be a feature of a “Learning to Learn” programme or short course, mightn’t it? Anyway, you could visit the website of the European Certificate in Basic Skills project and read the contents of the Learning to Learn domain there. The site address is http://www.eucebs.org

  2. Skills & Competency Management Tools
You may wish to investigate the ever increasing range of online skills and competency management tools.

Some of these allow learners to assess their skills and competencies before and after training courses and at set points in the future. Many are configurable to allow you to create behavioural assessments or self-ranking type statements, that could go some way to provide the data you need.

And some even include 180/360-degree feedback surveying, which can provide that all important third-party obsevation of behavioural change.

  5. behavioural change activites

    Hi

As part of a leadership training programme I am looking for some activites to ‘challenge’ current leadership behaviour plus evaluate effectiveness of change.  Would you have anything that would be suitable please?
