We have corresponded before.Our trainer took us down a number of avenues which you might want to explore
He told us about an out patients department in a hospital who were striking out those who failed to keep an appointment BUT there was no attempt to reconcile corporate calendars with those of non christian and other cultural festivals.The resource point was the SHAP calendar
The issue of bereavement,appropriate touching,GOQs,meet and greet protocols,diet etc in a care home setting or similar is another area he took us down
