Examples of training evaluation methods

default-16x9

I am looking for examples of good practice for evaluating training and development at individual, team and organisational level. This info will assist in the development of an evaluation system.

  3. Evaluating Training
It looks as if Gary Platt has pointed you in the direction of a wealth of information on the subject. I’m sure that most, if not all, of these will suggest that effective evaluation is only possible when measurable outcomes are established at the outset. This is not always as easy as it sounds, especially for ‘behavioural’ training, but it can, when done properly, be highly motivational for trainer and trainee. Do contact me if you’d like to explore this. Best wishes, Ray Jackson
