I have been asked to create some basic training for Excel in regards to creating/designing forms and reports which may need to include drop down lists etc- I have never done these before myself does anyone have any help they can offer?

There is a great on-line resource called ALISON at http://alison.com/. It is free and offers more than IT. Everything is laid out as a course so it won’t be easy to pick out specific topics, however, you could use it as a tool to improve general IT literacy among your employees.
