Executive Coaching for Construction Industry

default-16x9

Does anyone know of a good Executive Coach who could help get the Directors of a fast growing house building company around Manchester to 'direct' instead of 'do'? He or she must be acquainted with the industry and be able to get stroppy when the Directors say that they haven't had time to change what they need to! E-mail me on [email protected]

  1. Good Coach
    Hi

May I be so bold as to suggest that a good executive coach doesn’t need to know details of the sector, because it is about helping the directors to do it themselves rather than doing their job for them ….

Their stroppiness about the time needed may perhaps be as much to do with avoidance mechanisms as real time shortages.

3 very good executive coaches I can wholeheartedly recommend are:
    1. Peter Freeth, [email protected]
    2. Charlotte Reynolds, [email protected]
    3. Michael Beale, [email protected]
