Hi everyone,
I'm looking for an exercise to demonstrate how important it is to take accountability and ownership in your particulair business stream/area.
I.E. Account Managers looking at their Territories and running them as their own business', taking accountability and ownership for what happens day-to-day that impacts the rest of the business and overall Business Objectives etc..
To be run with 30 delegates of mixed abilitites/service etc..
