I am developing a letter writing course for a contact centre within the service industry. Does anybody have any relevant exercises that might jolly up the day abit? Also any good energizer would be helpful.

Letter Writing fun

Include a quiz
There are lots of ways to jolly up the apparently dull topic of letter writing.
Have you thought about including a fun quiz – either to assess the baseline or inject a bit of energy part way through? I like the plain English material too!
