Can anyone help with some exercises on discipline/employment tribunals.
I am training managers on the general aspects of the disciplinary procedures/law and the ET.
I want to infuse some interesting excercises/case studies so it not chalk and talk all day!

Have you tried Discipline and Grievance – 30 case studies and activities by Fenman – may help as an introduction?

Hi Ginny,
You’ve said ‘general areas’ are you looking for general case studies or specifics? Most of the ones that I use in this arena are either taken direct from case law or written to suit the particular needs of the organisation and its biggest problems in the areas of Employment Law and going to Tribunals ie. that which its managers are not currently up to speed on and which it has current disciplinaries and grievances running so as to be as relevant as it possibly can be.
Let me know if there are any specific areas that I could pass onto you.
