I am stepping into the breach to deliver, on behalf of an absent colleague, a one day course for 12 people on facilitation skills including how to work with a translator.
I would be grateful for any input or ideas colleagues may have.
Particularly welcomed would be ideas for practical exercises!

I may have something which you can use. If you give me a fuller brief, I can suggest an activity which offers opportunities to explore the issues you want to major on. Alternatively, I can discuss the possibility of designing a specific product to suit your needs.
Facilitation Toolkit
Fenman have published an excellent manual called ” The Facilitation Toolkit ” . I think it costs about £100+. Its full of exercises covereing the whole spectrum of facilitation training needs.
