Does anybody have a good example of a framework agreement or contract for employing a consultant to help work through some OD issues over a period of about 18months? It's not possible at this stage to specify in detail the services to be delivered since these will emerge as we progress. I need flexibility within sensible management and budgetary constraints.

just use a fixed term contract
Hi John,
If this is to deal with a range of matters then a general interim/ contract placement contract will suffice (i.e. a fixed term contract), just make sure you agree success measures and the frequancy they will be reviewed.
