OnTrack International is so passionate about blended learning that it’s set up a blended learning week, starting on 4 August, with a web-based seminar (or webinar) on a different topic taking place every day - and it's offering 120 free places.

The seminars, which last around an hour, are open to anyone – and for those of you who haven’t tried them, the aim is to show both how effective online learning can be when using different media and the benefits that both e-learning and blended learning bring.

The line-up features:

• 4 August: Ray Lawrence – HowToMoodle HowToMoodle was founded by Managing Director Ray Lawrence in October 2004 as the first company in the world set up to exclusively offer training and ‘front end’ Moodle consultancy.


• 5 August: Kevin Johnson – principal consultant & CEO of OnTrack International Kevin’s global work has resulted in him being requested as a coach to senior executives within many blue chip organisations. He has also created learning models which have transformed the learning experience of seasoned, high performing professionals.


• 6 August: Steve Rayson – director of Kineo Steve Rayson is a Director of the e-learning consultancy, Kineo based in Brighton in the UK. Kineo is one of the fastest growing companies in rapid e-learning solutions and currently is a partner of OnTrack International.


• 7 August: Laura Overton – director of Towards Maturity Laura Overton has over two decades’ experience helping organisations develop sustainable strategies to improve the business impact of learning technologies in the workplace. She is the MD of Towards Maturity – a not-for-profit community interest company that provides research and online resources to help organisations deliver effective learning interventions at work.


• 8 August: Leon Cych – Learn4Life Learn4Life specialises in the effective use of emerging technologies in business and education. Leon divides his time between project managing innovative KS3 music education video software and writing about, filming, blogging and podcasting with key innovators in the UK education sector.
