Henley Management College is offering free training to managers of small to medium-sized companies.
The online course "Make an Impact – Make a Difference" aims to help managers deal more effectively with the challenges of the workplace.
It has been developed by Henley Management College with academic, education and business partners in four other European countries.
From the start of the project, SME managers from each of the five European countries - the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Malta and the UK - have been involved to help identify what kind of training they want and to test the design concept.
