Hi...I was wondering if anyone could recommend a quality but sociable trainer who could deliver to both a french and english audience. The topic I am specifically looking to have delivered is "email etiquette"

You really should speak to Roberta Grossi on this one – specifically as she has published on the area of intercultural and national etiquette. And being an Italian by birth, and French by adoption you could say she was born sociable.

Barbara Adamson
I can recommedn Barbara Adamson who is a very good trainer (English first languge) who is also fluent in French and has delivered training in both languages in a number of areas. She is very IT literate and has been involved in several CBT / e-learning projects over the last 10 years so e-mail etiquette would be easy for her. She is very sociable by nature and has an easy style.
