* IT TRAINING DUO. Global Knowledge Network has signed an agreement to acquire GeoTrain Corporation, Cisco Systems's largest worldwide training partner. Upon completion of the buy, GKN will be able to deliver Cisco-authorized education in the United States, Canada, western Europe, Asia, and the South Pacific. The deal is expected to occur this month.
