Fun exercise for managers looking at continuous improvement?

default-16x9

Hi, I'm looking for some inspiration! A session I am delivering to managers on 'Continuous Improvment' needs an energising but relevant exercise. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

  1. The power of the group
    Hi Fiona,

I can’t suggest a specific exercise but having found myself in similar situations I have a strategy that I use. Instead of trying to resolve the issue before hand I give the problem to the group on the day and get them to devise their own (within guidelines). My role then becomes one of facilitating the process. It has always worked for me with some great results. The power of the group is fantastic and they devise lots of truly imaginative approaches.

E-mail or call me and I’ll give you some examples.

    Regards
    John
