Fun exercises for stress and health


I want to spice up my afternoon session for a stress management workshop I run. At the moment we focus on "what we can do to combat stress" - but I'd like to convert the afternoon into a more interactive, games session.

I've got a couple of ideas around food zappers and food energisers, has anyone else got some fun activites I could use with a group max size 14.
