I am the newly appointed IT Training Adviser (new post)for a non profit making organisation based in Scotland.
We are 'going electronic' and I have been employed to devise and implement an IT Training strategy which will provide the support staff need to cope with this change.
As it stands I have few resources and even less money !

Public sector funding may be available
Through LEC’s/TEC’s training for young people can be funded through National Traineeships/modern apprenticeships – Using IT. There is also the ILA’s. For on-line training visit http://www.manpoweronline.co.uk – through this you can access 7 IT skills courses covering internet, word,excel etc, free of charge
