I'm writing a paper for senior management on the importance of investing in a future training strategy as part of ongoing staff development in IT systems, but want to include some veidence of sucess from scholarly articles or pratical case studies (or both!) as my word alone doesn't seem to quite deliver the point!
Any suggestions for scholarly articles/case studies on why a future training strategy is key in staff development & success?

Hi – out global IT Training function has just gone through a ‘revamp’ and as part of obtaining the senior buy-in to the strategy, we had to evidence why it makes sense retaining the function (from a qualitative and quantative perspective).
