Game for graduates

default-16x9

On a course I attended, we were given a little model car to build. It consisted of card, cotton reels, axels and a motor. I would like to locate a supply of these if possible?

Also does anyone have a good game to identify team interactions and negotiating skills for prospective marketing execs at graduate level please?

Bear in mind this is a student project so at the moment it needs to be free or inexpensive. Many thanks

Have you tried CAVE RESCUE? A number of potholers are trapped in a cave.Only x number can be rescued.Delegates or Trainees have a profile of each potholer. They have to decide who comes out and who stays given that there is only X time to get them out and it takes X time for one rescue

I assume you may also be using BELBIN which runs nicely with foregoing

We have a number of experiential exercises which might fit the bill. Many of which we have used with graduate and MBA groups. One in particular called “Black and Red” which is all about negotiation, risk taking and consequences. Contact me if you would like to discuss matters further.

I work in a Students’ Union and have a very effective exercise similar to Cave Rescue called Pink Jellyfish. Drop me a line if you would like a copy.
