games for recruitment training

default-16x9

We have developed a training programme for recruitment and selection, however it seems a bit mundane. Anyone have any ideas how to liven it up with relevant games or icebreakers? All ideas much appreciated.

  1. Recruitment/Interview
    Hi Judith,
I have a fully written, tried and testes Call Centre Recruitment/Interview day for multiple interviewees.
Please email me directly and I’d be more than happy to send it to you. It also has a number of games rolled into the day, that could easily be taken out and run seperately.
    many thanks

  2. keep it real… use real job seekers
I work in partnership with local agencies who work with school leavers / job seekers.

We angle the 2 day course towards preparing for an actual interview.

The way it works is the candidate gives and gets feedback – win win situation.

This helps make the learning more real and simulates a real interview as closely as is physically possible!
