Gartner Inc.'s 2002 LMS Magic Quadrant Report was release this week. LMS vendors were evaluated on the size of their customer base, level of customer satisfaction, length of customer relationships, number of leading-edge customers, training resource management capabilities, content provider connectivity and strategic partner relationships, among other criteria.
