I have not been involved in writing ours up but presumably you can follow a similar format to your race and disability equality plans?

Thanks Derek.There are points of divergence and convergence between the GED,the RED and the DED!!! I am linking these up and the Code of Practice via the EOC website is great.I have also found a specialist trainer in this field!!!
