Any learning which combines two or more delivery methods (e.g. classroom learning and online learning, mobile learning and face-to-face informal learning) can be considered blended learning. The majority of L&D practitioners consider blended learning the preferable way to deliver training courses. Confusion over definition lies when delivery method is confused with learning style, and a single training course may be seen as blended but is in not, ie (a classroom session with peer-to-peer discussion)
