The policy adopted by more and more businesses (and schools and universities) to let their staff/students use their personal smartphones and tablets in learning - and for work in general. It's (much) cheaper, it develops trust between teachers and students, and managers and employees. The security and privacy issues around such policies are a legitimate concern, but the more businesses adopt it the safer and easier measures can be taken to mitigate concerns.
