Goals and Objectives

I am planning a 2 hour session on setting Goals and Objectives and how to develop action plans. The workshop is intended to fill a huge knowledge gap on this topic.

Does anyone have any material that they use to conduct a similar session that is simple and easy to follow?

Any tips/ideas would be greatly appreciated and will share a copy of my workshop with you when completed.

    Hi

    Have you considered starting with a SWOT analysis – asking group to identify strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats which need consideration before goal/objective setting.Then a useful audit of skills,attitudes.knowledge and experience needed to address each. Followed by formulating goals which are specific, time based, achieveable, realistic and measureable. YOu might also draft action plans against traffic light colours,red,amber and green.Red equates to low priority/longer term,Amber medium etc, Green highetc
