   If we need to include energisers by default throughout our training day is this an acceptance that our training is draining?

   In addition to the websites mentioned, try the Training Shops Simply Energisers workshop – all tour dates advertised on the training shop website. A very good way to spend 3 hours – loads of ideas and practical energisers you can use straightaway.
