The Hellenic Management Association incorporates the Greek Institute of Training and Development. You might like to contact them as I guess the trainer(s) concerned will need to have expertise in a particular topic or subject area (which you did not mention).

http://www.trainings.ru – this provides lots of info about training in Russia including listings of training companies. However, it will help if you speak Russian or know someone else who can translate.
