Grievance and Health and Safety actions

Are others including the grievance regulations into Health and safety training so staff know they have a responsibility to meet with the employer to resolve a grievance in the first instance?

how does this peice of legislation fit in with the Employment Rights Act as amended?

Kind regards

F Cowan

One Response

  1. Health and safety not covered
Health and safety not covered by the grievance procedures, unless someone feels they have suffered a detriment for raising a issue.
Whistle blowing is also specifically exempt
