Hi,
Anyone who can help me out with some names or references for a trainer who can deliver leadership training for our group executive board?
We are looking at team building, individual coaching and individual assessment of each team member (12 members).
I must admit that I’m quite picky when it comes to choose someone. We need someone who is straight forward, is able to handle culture differences, has good communication skills, and has experience of the industry and of leadership development on this level, personal insight and good references.
I also prefer the person to be a native English speaker. To me it’s much more about finding the right person than the right company.
