I was wondering if anyone might be able to give me some ideas for the following:
A group work exercise for a graduate scheme assessment centre. It will consist of 6 people and the competencies assessed with be Managing the Customer Relationship, innovation, delivering results and teamwork. It needs to be fairly practical and active as other exercises/tasks consist of case studies, interview etc.
If anyone has any ideas and would allow me to contact them before Friday, this would be really appreciated.

I can heartily recommend John Golds you can contact him at john.golds@castletonpartners.co.uk – he has loads of experience in designing and running exercises for assessment centres. By the way, this is not a cunning commercial stunt – apart from being my friend and business partner I have no connection with him at all!
