am developing a two day away day for part of my organisation. I have been asked to find guest speakers to inspire managers by describing how their organisation has dealt with issues such as...... devolved budgets.... performance management.... continuous change.... Suggestions as to how I find 'the right' people?

Bear Grylls
I heard Bear Grylls speak recently and he was excellent. Bear is ex SAS, he broke his back in a night freefall parachute jump and – overcoming this – was the youngest person to climb Everest. His presentation style is relaxed, friendly and utterly captivating. I don’t have his contact info to hand but e-mail me if you would like me to search it out.
