I am producing a training session on having difficult conversations for middle managers in the fire and rescue service and would be grateful if anyone could share any relevant training material and or scenarios to use as exercises. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated and I could reciprocate with discipline or attendance management materials

    We are currently working with two Fire and Rescue services.I can let you have some free resources but when I have e mailed your address it bounces back on me.Can you send me an e mail to [email protected] and we will see if that works in reverse – a reverse rescue lol
