Hay Group has formed a strategic alliance with KnowledgePlanet, a leading Human Capital Management enterprise software firm, to develop and market web-enabled talent management solutions for the Global 1000 marketplace.
Said Mark Bidwell, Hay Group's leader of the global alliance: "Identifying, managing and developing talent is one of the most difficult, yet mission-critical, tasks facing every large organization today. Our partnership with KnowledgePlanet now means that Hay Group clients can manage, monitor and adapt their talent management programs on an enterprise platform. These organizations will, as a result, be able to save time and money and also increase the ease, reach, consistency and speed of critical HR programs."
The partnership between KnowledgePlanet and Hay Group will initially offer clients web-enabled human capital management solutions in areas including performance management (personal development plans, performance appraisals, competency-based staffing and succession planning), assessment management (360-assessments and self-assessments) and learning management (certification tracking, training requirement planning and learning via books, video, classroom or internet).
