Headhunting Training

default-16x9

We are looking to offer a 2 day training course about Headhunting, mainly for people who work in HR or recruitment and want to know about the fundamentals of Headhunting and Executive Search.

Do you think anyone would be interested in attending the course?

Do you think £250 per delegate per day is priced right?

Would a 1 day seminar be more cost/time effective?

Thanks for any advice and help on offer, I have never used Any Answers before so I hope to get some useful responses.

  1. Work with a headhunter
    Hi Angela,

It would appear from your remarks that you and your company would be learning about exec search yourselves. Therefore, it might make a lot more sense, and be more attractive to potential participants, if you worked with a practicing head-hunter to develop and run the course.

The practitioner will bring a course to life, from his or her experience and anecdotes, which you would be unable to do. Diluting the profit, for sure, but without using this approach you may not make one.
