The Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety http://www.ccohs.ca has some very good information on ergonomics in the office which should help to address your concerns. Although Canadian, it is relevant to any location. If you click on Ergonomics/human factors on the main page (under OSH answers)it will take you to a page on ergonomics. Click on office ergonomics on the left hand side and it will take you to another page which talks about monitors, wrist supports, office chairs etc.

There is another thread on this site and we have recommended the same on that one. We use a bespoke version tailored to our requirements but have seen, used and recommended their standard product. Their whole Health and Safety series covers risk assessment, and has forms and templates for you to use.

Tbd Global Ltd have a range of items for training called P2G ( packed to go). Some are accredited through ILM, they cover all health and safety topics, legal, management and risk assessment.

They can be emailed at [email protected]
