The main thing is to figure what YOU really mean by “coaching”.
This is a ludicrously over-used word that can mean anything from one-on-one personal (non-work specific) development to straightforward performance training under a different label.
Indeed, so confused have things become that at least one high profile self-styled expert has written a whole book on coaching and mentoring *apparently* under the illusion that they are the same thing!

I’m not a coaching trainer myself, but I could recommend one. It’s important that you choose someone who not only understands the context, but is also able to connect well with the individuals in the group, creating both trust and the need for action.
We support workshop programmes with e learning before the workshops where appropriate, ensuring that the workshop time is spent focussing on role play, feedback and the discussion of ‘live’ issues, and that learners come to the workshop with a baseline level of knowledge and a questioning approach.
