HELP NEED for Job Interview

default-16x9

I am required to deliver a 20 minutes presentation for a job interview - a Sales Trainer - for a provider of mobile services.  I need  help in terms of people knowledge and guidance on how I can structure my demonstration of soft skills training.

I would greatly appreciate all feedback.

Many thanks.

Lusminka.

    Dear Lusminka

Your question is really very wide ranging.

If you are in so much need of so much and so wide assistance in order to approach the interview, it does beg the question "What qualifies you to do the job, if you succeed?"

I’m not being solely negative but you are bound to be asked this question in the interview.

  2. Questions

    Hi there,

Good luck with the interview – your question is very vague so advice is difficult to offer.

What is the objective of the presentation?

Have you been given a title or an intended outcome?

What are the key points you want to panel to learn/appreciate?

What specifically do you need to know/understand to best help put an amazing presentation together?

  3. Need help for job interview

    Hi Colette,

The problem is that I haven’t been given any title of presentation, no objective… I’ve been told to do any kind of demonstration of soft skills training.

They need a Sales trainer, so I’ve been thinking  devided  presentation in two parts.

First part would be about  Fear factor of sales people to close a deal. I would be trying to find answers how their fear impacts them in their profession and what are the consequences of such a thinking / by  using metaphors.

Secondly> Closing techniques in sales > Firstly,  through the interactivity, I would ask them about their experiences in using some closing techniques to see what they already know, then add some further techniques and in conjuction with  group would try to find some examples, where or when to use it.

At the end I could ask them> Which techniques seems to be working for them?

I’ve got just 20 minutes to show them how I can work with a group.  I work as an accountant trainer and sales is a new field for me. The interview is tomorow so I would appreciate any advice

    Thank you

    Lusmi
