HELP needed with reference guide

I have a few team members who need some help in delivering and designing workshops. I need to put together a guide that they can use on developing/facilitating effective learning activities that are engaging.  To me it's really around making sure that you have created activities incorporating all learning styles that keeps them energised rather than the subject being a simple download of information. I'm really having a hard time finding a starting point with this so any help would be appreciated. The guide is going to be used as a reference for them to create their own session and then coupled up they will deliver and give feedback on how each went. HELP  PLEASE!

  1. Training

    Hi Harriski

It really isn't that easy. In fact, it's actually very difficult to be a good trainer so learning how to deliver effective training from a reference guide is not possible.

There is more bad practice in the training industry than almost any other in my opinion and one of the reasons for this is people thinking you just have "fun", create "activities" and don't even get me started on "ice breakers"

Send your team on a recognised Train the Trainer and it will be money well spent.

Let me know where you are in the world and I'll find one for you.

    Good luck

  2. Good quality accredited learning

I have to agree with Steve. Please feel free to take a look at the TAP Design & Development course, which includes everything you have asked for and very much more, with a recognised accreditation, awarded by the British Institute for Learning & Development.
