How do you monitor and evaluate inter-group Partnerships?

default-16x9

I am a Training Consultant (with Derbyshire Constabulary) and I have just commenced a 12 months secondment to the Government Offices in the East Midlands at Nottingham. I am acting as Police adviser to a number of teams who are working with community 'Partnerships' to reduce crime. One particular initiative being looked at is the training, monitoring & evaluation of partnerships and I would be interested to hear from anyone involved in this type of work.

    Hi Steve

I think you are in need of an assistant. I could recommend an excellent management trainer.

On a serious note I have been looking at assessment and evaluation techniques at Leeds University. I will send you any details that are appropriate.

    Hope you are well
