How HR is being impacted by IT changes

    In today’s T&D Extra newsletter from the American Society for Training and Development:

    TECHNOLOGY CHANGES ROLES
    A resounding YES! is the answer to a recent poll on Learning Circuits that asks, “Is technology changing your role in workplace learning and performance?”

    Only nine percent of respondents report feeling no effects from technology. However, 20 percent say their role has changed slightly and 71 percent say their role has changed a great deal.
