I am looking for innovative ways in which people have used the internet (as opposed to company intranet or specialist software) to conduct or enhance training events.

This may include ideas for pre-event registration, on-line classroom, games and exercises that use the net, evaluation etc etc.

All ideas are very welcome - whether it worked or not I would love to hear your experiences.
