How to write terms & conditions

Hi, I have just started working for myself, know a lot about training BUT have little knowledge of contracts, terms & conditions, proposals etc.
My previous employer wants me to give a training course and now I have to prepare my terms and conditions and contract. Can anyone give me guidelines on this please?
