Does anyone have experience of HR Due Diligence they would be willing to share. All the information I have been able to get is focussed on the financials. Anything would help.

Lots of experience
We have conducted a number of pre-acquisition due dilligence reviews, for targets both in UK and Europe (France, Germany,Portugal). We have a number of models for different styles of business; service, CRM, m/F etc.
