HR Process Re-engineering training


I am looking for a course or learning resources that will help a member of our HR team manage a process re engineering effort with the HR function. Any ideas/thoughts/suggestions would be gratefully received

  1. HR process re-engineering

    1. Talk through the issues with someone who has experience. Total focus on the individual, their issues and situation. It’s fast and output oriented. This option is also flexible – anytime that is convenient.

    2. Work on the initiative with someone who has experience. Plan and set up together, input as required during the process, learn how to approach the next assignment as well.

    Talk to Susy Roberts on 07768553979 she did it not just for the HR depart (although she is an HR specialist in her own right) but also did it for an entire engineering site, but please mention my name as she is quite busy.
