I am looking for articles that address which training methods are best for sustainable change.

I am interested in finding journals and articles to help with an MBA dissertation. I want to find out whether a new training system we are introducing in my organisation will be effective in sustaining change. I am particularly keen on articles about training and empowerment/self-motivation.

Not sure if this is what you meant but Carolyn Balling has written a book as above which is what it says in the title.

  2. Changing Belief Systems in Organisation
Have a look at stuff by Robert Dilts it looks at the reasons people dont change etc

  3. Book
A book rather than an article – one of my favourites – is Managing Change through Training & Development by Jim Stewart (Kogan Page)
