I am interested in finding journals and articles to help with an MBA dissertation. I want to find out whether a new training system we are introducing in my organisation will be effective in sustaining change. I am particularly keen on articles about training and empowerment/self-motivation.

A book rather than an article – one of my favourites – is Managing Change through Training & Development by Jim Stewart (Kogan Page)
