I need a customer care/sales trainer

I am looking for a company that can develop and deliver a sales based customer care package.

The training itself will be soft sales, and will be to a group of volunteers that will be stopping people on the street/beaches to promote and sell membership to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution.

If you are aware of anyone that can help with reference to this please can you email me details on [email protected] or ask them to get intouch direct.

This is a time sensitive matter as we want the 1st training session to take place 12th April 2008 in Poole, Dorset.
