Ideas for Customer Relationship Management Training


Hi can anyone help? I need some ideas on activities for running a 1 day course for a group of client relationship managers. The objective is to to help optimize the relationships with the clients.

  1. relationship matrix
    1. list the names of ALL the people we know in the client company
    2. Categorise each name with who in our organisation knows them.
    3. Rate whether that person is our Friend, Neutral or Enemy
    4. “Join the dots”…what names are missing from the list
    5. Notate all the names relative to their power in the client company, “Rising Star”, “Power Base”, “On the Wane”, “Dark Horse”.
    6. Decide what to do about the findings…who is to do it….by when.
